*PVC SCRAP GRINDER MACHINE - HEAVY DUTY*
*1. INTRODUCTION:*
Our PVC Scrap Grinder Machine is a heavy-duty, high-performance machine specially designed for grinding PVC, WPC, HDPE, PP, and all types of rigid plastic scrap. It converts large scrap, pipes, profiles, and lumps into small uniform granules which can be reused for reprocessing. The machine is widely used in PVC pipe plants, profile plants, and plastic recycling industries.
*2. MACHINE CONSTRUCTION:*
- *Body & Hopper:* Heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) fabricated body with double strengthening. Extra-large hopper for easy feeding.
- *Chamber:* Heavy MS / Cast Iron Chamber with strong design to handle heavy lumps.
- *Rotor:* Dynamically balanced heavy-duty rotor with heavy shaft for vibration-free and high-speed grinding.
- *Blades (Cutting System):* Machine fitted with D2 / EN-31 High Carbon imported quality blades. 6 to 12 Rotating Blades + 2 to 4 Fixed Blades. Blades are hardened to 58-60 HRC for long life.
- *Bearing:* Heavy-duty SKF / FAG bearings for smooth and noise-free operation.
- *Screen / Jali:* Made from 8mm to 12mm thick MS plate with holes as per required granule size (8mm to 25mm).
*3. WORKING PRINCIPLE:*
Plastic scrap is fed into the hopper manually. High-speed rotating blades cut the material against fixed blades. The cut material passes through the screen. Uniform granules come out from the bottom.
