HIGH SPEED HEATER MIXER MACHINE Manufacturing in Chennai Tamil Nadu India
1. MACHINE OVERVIEW:
This is a High Speed Heater Mixer used for mixing PVC resin with stabilizer, additives, filler, pigment and lubricant. It heats the material by high-speed friction and prepares uniform dry blend for PVC Pipe, Profile, Compounding and Masterbatch production. This is the first and most important machine in PVC processing line.
2. MAIN COMPONENTS:
Mixing Tank: Vertical SS 304 tank with double jacket for heatingMixing Blades: 3-step high-speed stainless steel blades for perfect mixingPneumatic Discharge Valve: Auto bottom discharge with pneumatic cylinderLid Opening System: Pneumatic / Hydraulic lid opening for easy cleaningMain Motor: High torque motor with belt driveControl Panel: Digital temperature controller, timer, ammeter, and auto-stop system3. WORKING PRINCIPLE:
PVC Resin + Additives -> Feed into mixing tank -> High-speed blades rotate and create friction -> Material heats up to 120°C -> All additives melt and coat uniformly on resin -> When set temperature is reached, machine auto-stops -> Pneumatic valve opens -> Hot material discharges to Cooler Mixer within 30 seconds.
5. FEATURES:
Uniform mixing, no lumps and no colour variationAuto temperature control, prevents material burningFast discharge, saves time and powerSS 304 tank, no rust and easy to cleanLow maintenance, long life bladesBest for PVC Pipe, Profile, Fitting, Compounding and Masterbatch
