A Vibro Sifter (gyratory screen separator) is a self-contained, high-precision particle-separating machine designed for grading, scalping, sifting, and de-dusting powders, granules, and liquid slurries.1. Core Mechanical Anatomy Top Dust Cover: Features a central inlet port to feed raw material into the machine while sealing the processing area to prevent airborne dust pollution. Screening Decks (Tiers): Circular steel frames housing interchangeable wire mesh screens. Machines can be configured with single or multiple decks (up to 3 decks) to divide material into up to 4 distinct particle fractions simultaneously.Quick-Release Clamping Bands: Heavy-duty blue toggle clamps compress silicone gasket seals between the screen decks to secure the housing and allow tool-free mesh changes. Outflow Discharge Chutes: Tangentially welded spouts positioned on each deck that direct oversized particles out of the system in a continuous stream. Vibration Isolation Springs: High-tensile steel coil springs mounted around the perimeter of the lower frame. These absorb dynamic loads, prevent vibration transfer to the shop floor, and direct energy into the screening decks. Sub-Assembly Base: Protective cylindrical lower housing enclosing the electric motor, drive assembly, and counterweights.2. Working Mechanism Material Feed: Raw product enters vertically through the top charging port onto the center of the upper screen mesh. Three-Dimensional Motion: A specialized vertically mounted vibratory motor features eccentric counterweights attached to both ends of its shaft.Top Weight: Generates horizontal circular motion, spreading product outward from the center to the perimeter of the mesh. Bottom Weight: Imparts vertical tilt and tangential motion, tumbling particles and extending their dwell time on the screen. Phase-Angle Adjustment: The lead angle between the top and bottom weights can be varied (e.g., $15^circ$ to $90^circ$) to alter the movement path of the material across the screen face depending on density and fluidity. Fraction Separation: Fine particles fall through the mesh apertures to lower decks or bottom discharge, while oversized fraction particles are continuously expelled through the side chutes.3.
